Privacy policy

This website collects personal information in one place only: the enquiry form on the contact page. Submitting it sends us the name, email address, telephone number, service of interest and message you entered.

Nothing else on the site collects personal information. There is no account system, no newsletter signup and no advertising.

Enquiry form submissions are delivered to the firm by email through Resend, a transactional email provider. They are read by the firm and used to respond to your enquiry.

We do not sell, rent or share enquiry data with third parties for their own purposes.

The site uses Vercel Analytics to count page views. It does not set cookies, does not use device fingerprinting, and does not track visitors between sites or sessions.

Under Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act 2019 you have rights over personal data we hold about you, including access and correction. To exercise them, contact the firm using the details on the contact page.

Information you provide in the course of an engagement is subject to the professional confidentiality obligations of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda, and to the terms of your engagement letter. This policy covers the website only.
